Ensemble is undergoing a new strategic growth plan and as part of it has recently welcomed some new agencies into its network. Ensemble considers each new agency a testament to its place as the preferred choice for “agencies looking for a consortium partner that provides the tools and resources to help them build a better business.”

The Avenue Travel family of agencies is one of the newest members. The group includes Avenue Travel, Clarke-Way Travel, Royal City Travel, and Travel My Way.  “The Avenue Travel family brings together four agencies with a range of expertise,” Stephanie Branchflower, President, Avenue Travel and Clarke-Way Travel, says. “As Uniglobe Partner agencies, Ensemble’s shared values and sense of connection complemented our program.  Ensemble stood out because of its responsive leadership team and the practical tools they offer to help agencies succeed.” 

Another Ontario-based agency, Kemp Travel, returns to Ensemble after a hiatus away, a signal to Ensemble validating its transformation and strategic growth plan. “We’ve built our business on personal relationships and trusted advice, which is why we were drawn to Ensemble, said Sheila Kemp, President of Kemp Travel.  “Their approach and focus on empowering agencies with tools, resources, and creativity while allowing agencies to put their brand forward make it the right fit for our business and our clients.”

According to the announcement, the newest Ensemble members will enjoy the benefits of membership each agency in its network does, including access to a suite of tools and resources, including its proprietary ADX booking platform, customized marketing programs such as its client-facing Range magazine, events built around once-in-a-lifetime experiences, personalized training and vertical-specific certifications, exclusive partner programs across all verticals and profit sharing.
